Professional Liability Insurance

In accordance with the information requirement of the EU Services Directive 2006, Blue Clue B.V. has taken out professional indemnity insurance pursuant to the Professional Practice Regulations of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers. On request (potential) clients of Blue Clue B.V. will be sent the details of this insurance, consisting of the name of the insurer, its contact details, the geographical coverage and the policy number.

The tax advisers of Blue Clue B.V. are members of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.

Complaints procedure

Blue Clue B.V. recognizes the importance of a complaints procedure to improve its services and if necessary to take measures to adjust and improve procedures, methods of working, instructions and/or regulations. If the execution of our work does not meet the requirements or if there is dissatisfaction with (one of) our employees, this may lead to a complaint. We assume that in consultation with those directly involved a solution acceptable to both parties has been sought, but that this has not succeeded. The complaint can then be submitted to the Compliance Officer of Blue Clue B.V., the complaint form can be used for this purpose. If desired, the complaint will be handled anonymously and the board will do its best to protect the legal position of the complainant. Please state this wish explicitly in the complaint form. The complainant will be contacted by the Compliance Officer about the complaint within one week. In the handling process, we will try to find a solution that is acceptable to both parties. If desired, the complaint will be completed in writing in an evaluation report. We strive to handle the complaint to your satisfaction, ultimately leading to higher customer satisfaction.
